Better Business For All is the blog site of Gregory M Sieber, President of Management Science & Innovation http://www.msi6.com.  I am an engineer, student of business management, and a business manager/leader for over twenty years.  With a Master’s in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon’s Graduate School of Industrial Administration and experience as an employee and consultant in numerous industries including bio-tech, telecom, information technology, construction, manufacturing, and government, I have seen some very good and some very bad management.  I am a life long student of management sciences and have enjoyed a very successful career as a change agent.  This blog is intended to communicate common sense ideas and approaches for better management that all managers can use regardless of their educational background – Better Business for All.
